555 Music School offers one on one private tuition. All levels, all styles with professional teachers in cool surrounds specialising in Acoustic and Electric Guitar, Bass, Drums, Vocals and Piano.

Lessons are $35 per half hour once a week. Spaces are limited so to secure your time slot, lessons are often billed in term blocks of 10 for $350

Lesson days and times are as follows:
Monday - Thursday : 3pm - 7pm
Saturday: 10am - 4pm

Please note that atleast 24 hours notice is required if you are unable to attend your lesson or you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Guitar

Travis John is a Melbourne based musician and composer. He holds a degree in music performance and composition and is currently studying Honours in
Sound Art at RMIT. He performs locally as a solo artist and in acts Yffer, BKKKBRTHRS, Travis John Trio, Cold Hands Warm Heart and Pukelale. He is experienced in teaching jazz and contemporary guitar, as well as
music theory.

Electric/Acoustic Guitar / Slide Guitar / Lap Steel

An accomplished musician, Jeb is passionate about his craft. He is a patient and enthusiastic teacher. Jeb was twice the recipient of the SAMIA ‘Most Outstanding Guitarist Award’ – South Australian Music Industry Awards and the winner of the BMI USA ‘Song of the Year’. Performing locally and internationally for over 20 years, and highly regarded by industry peers. He currently performs with Kasey Chambers & Shane Nicholson. Jeb is experienced in teaching Acoustic and Electric Guitar, Slide Guitar and Lap Steel.

Fingerstyle Guitar / Flamenco Guitar / Music Theory

Adam is a Melbourne based musician actively involved in performance, recording, composition and teaching. He is a founding member of Trio Agogo, Melbourne's only performing choro group, in which he plays Brazillian seven string guitar and cavaquinho (sorano guitar). He also regularly performs with guitarist Paul Carey. Adam is currently enrolled in the Masters of Music (ethnomusicology) at the University Of Melbourne.

Electric Guitar / Acoustic Guitar 

Guitarist, producer, studio engineer, composer and ARIA Award winner, Shane O'Mara is one of Australia's most versatile musicians. O'Mara and Rebecca Barnard have released two albums, Way of All Things and Welcome with their own band, the ARIA-nominated Rebecca's Empire, placing two songs on Triple J's Hottest 100. O'Mara runs Yikesville, his studio in Melbourne, where he has produced albums for Australian artists including Lisa Miller, Tim Rogers, Stephen Cummings, Rebecca Barnard, Charles Jenkins and The Audreys.
