Tuning: Here at 555 we have experimented with some cool wacky Tenor tunings. We have set up instore models to a mandolin / violin tuning which have all sounded killer! String gauges for this tuning are .38 (G) .26 (D) .17 (A) and .13 (E).

The Spiel

After 12 months of collaboration between Eastwood Guitars and multi-instrumentalist Warren Ellis (The Dirty Three, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Grinderman) the new Eastwood Tenor Guitar here. This is the fourth in a series of uniquely new stringed instruments from Eastwood Guitars which include the Airline Folkstar, the Airline Ukulele and the Airline Mandola. We have the Tenor available in Vintage Cream & Cherry colours.
