65amps are players' amps. Designed by players for players. 65amps have been manufacturing their players designed amps since .... and is the brainchild of Sheryl Crow's guitarist, Peter Stroud. Peter was searching for a low powered, robust amp to keep his on-stage volume down but still maintain his tone. He teamed up with long-time friend Dan Boul and together they designed their first amp. Within just a few months of their new creation, Peter and Dan were inundated with requests from other professional artists to have one built for themselves. Due to such overwhelming demand they decided to start their own company 65amps. 65amps is unique in that they are designed by professional players to meet real players needs.
